Meditation workshop

The programme for the afternoon is below the poster

THEWORKSHOP – Shaping Your Soul

They used to think that blacksmiths had magical powers, all that fire and sweat, forging strength and beauty from lumpen metal. THEWORKSHOP isn’t about qualifications and colleges, it’s about soul and spirit. We figure that sometimes we could do with a bit of work ourselves, to hone and improve our own mettle! This year we are running a workshop that examines our own spiritual journey using some tools from Ignatian spirituality.
